How can I place a retail order on your website?
On each design category page you can choose the items that you want in the quantity boxes and there are buttons to Update Cart Quantities both above and below the images of the jewelry. At any time you can view your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right hand of the screen.
When do you charge my credit card?
We will charge your credit card when your order is ready to ship.
How quickly do you ship?
All of our jewelry is put together to order in our Avila Beach, California studio. We ship out orders within 3 business days from when they are received. We do not ship on the weekends. We ship most items via UPS ground. Please allow 2 weeks for items to arrive after the jewelry has been shipped. You can check the status of your order at any time by checking the link we send you with your order confirmation. When the order has been shipped we will post a tracking number on that link. ****Gold designs are the exception. Unless we show it in stock. All gold is custom cast to order and will require a 4-6 week lead time for production.
What if I need expedited shipping?
If you need expedited shipping please email us first and we will try to fit it into our production schedule. We will give you a quote for additional shipping at that time.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Currently Amy Peters’ Studio only ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. If you are in another country contact us with the designs that you are interested in and we will direct you towards an online site that does ship to your country. We ship all packages within the continental United States via UPS ground. All packages to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via US priority mail with signature confirmation. Packages to Canada are shipped priority mail.
Can I purchase gifts to be shipped to someone else?
Yes! Our jewelry makes wonderful, thoughtful gifts so we have made it easy for you to pick out that perfect gift for someone special. On the shopping cart there is a gift option for shipping address. Fill out the gift message box and we will handwrite a special message from you on a card.
I am interested in getting a custom saying, do you offer that?
Many of our designs are now available personalized, visit our custom design section.
What if I am unhappy with a purchase
For our standard designs, If for any reason you are unhappy with your jewelry purchase we offer a money back guarantee within 21 days of purchase. For our personalized designs they are not returnable, so please make sure you spell your words correctly, we hand stamp exactly as you type the designs. Please contact us for a return authorization number and we will give you the shipping address for returns. After the merchande has been returned in new condition we will credit your credit card. Shipping charges are not refunded. We will not accept back jewelry that has been worn or damaged do to misuse. We can not be held responsible for items returned without a return authorization number.
I own a store and I would love to carry your jewelry, how do I buy it wholesale?
Amy Peters’ Studio does offer wholesale terms to qualified retail stores. We require that you have a brick and mortar store. We do not sell to traveling stores or home parties. Fill out our wholesaler application form and we will review your information and get back to you with access to our wholesale site.
